First is the factory dealership itself, Laconia Homes. From here we manage your project constructed in the All American factory from start to finish.

Our staff of qualified sales personnel handles the planning and project management.

Architecture and design is handled by Draft-Tek, another division of Laconia Homes.

As a general contractor Laconia Homes will oversee Go to the Factory from beginning to end.
